What it does
Versioned, never overwritten
Publishing freezes a version. Revising opens the next draft, and every acknowledgement records the version the person saw.
Assigned by rule
Assign to people, groups, departments, teams, locations, roles or licence type. A rule keeps assigning new joiners who match it until you stop it.
Evidence for your auditor
Every completion is kept with its version, score and attestation, including those recorded on someone's behalf, and exports to CSV.
Reminded until it is done
Reminders go out as each assignment comes due and once it is overdue, until it is completed.
On any device
Employees see what is due in the Employee Portal, pick up a course where they left off, and acknowledge with one confirmation.

Questions
Is Learning & Compliance included in my plan?
Every plan includes some apps: Team 3, Growth 5 and Scale 8. A plan includes your most expensive selected apps, and each app past that is billed at its own price. Past your plan's allowance, Learning & Compliance is $29 a month, and annual billing charges 10 months for the year.
Can we see which version someone acknowledged?
Yes. Every acknowledgement records the version, the time and, for a course, the score.
Are new employees assigned automatically?
Yes, when you assign by rule: a department, team, location, role or licence type. Anyone who matches later is assigned too, until you stop the rule.
Can a manager record a completion for someone else?
Yes, with permission. The record shows it was made on their behalf, and the employee is told.
